I'm a happy two year with a great big sister Christina and really cool parents!

Born on May 4, 2005, Daniela came in to this world starting all kinds of trouble...at 10.8 lbs and 23 1/4 inch long she was delivered with forceps and a strong pull from our Doctor. She wasn't breathing and was resusitated quickly and rushed off to the NICU to monitor her "stressful" delivery. She continued to grow beautifuly over the next two years. We nicknamed her "trouble" early on due to her mischevious tendencies. Little did we know what was in store for us. On April 21, 2007, our lives changed. Daniela was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Lukemia (ALL). Her treatment will run for 2 years starting out with the Induction to Chemotherapy (29 Days) followed by consolidation and maintenace. Even with the devasting news, we find our strength in our daughters - Daniela and Christina - and the overwhelming support and love we have received from family and friends. Without them we cannot endure this.
